Effective mosquito control in Mississauga requires a seasonal commitment because new mosquitoes are continuously produced throughout the warm months. Our program begins with a property walkthrough in early spring to assess breeding and resting habitat, identify drainage improvements, and document conditions that will guide the treatment strategy for your specific property.

Each treatment visit covers larvicide application to standing water features that cannot be eliminated, followed by barrier application to all vegetation including ornamental shrubs, hedges, ground cover, and lawn perimeters. Special attention is paid to the underside of leaves where mosquitoes rest during daytime heat. Fence lines, deck undersides, wood piles, and the structural base of sheds are also treated as resting areas.

Visits are scheduled every 3–4 weeks from May through September, timed to maintain efficacy as residual products degrade.
